United States - Maine- Mistake Island Harbor

We did not make a mistake stopping at this shallow and rocky harbor. Pink and white granite lined shores, with boulders protruding providing safety for a harbor seal from Great Whites. We enjoyed a boardwalk that took us through the peat moss,blueberry, mountain cranberry and raspberry laden forest to the MOOSE Peak Lighthouse.   Maine is in a draught so the berries are not as prosperous, we picked some small raspberries to enjoy.
