Green Galley VIII - 42 Day Passage to Alaska

Small freezer & fridge, no markets, huge swells, high winds, no worries, some dishes we enjoyed while on our 42 day passage.   I did miss a a couple weeks & didn't bother taking photos in foul weather, but here are some of the dishes I cooked along our 4,800 nautical journey from sunny Guam to foggy, cold and full of sea life in Alaska.
