Not much happening here, going for walks in our 'neighborhood', harvesting coconuts and watching ships go by.

| After you empty the coconut water for drinking, scrap out insides of coconut meat to make coconut cream |

| Add hot water to coconut meat, let sit for 15 minutes, you will need a nut bag or cheesecloth to strain meat from cream |
 |
| Blend up coconut milk than express through cheesecloth/nut milk bag for use in curries, smoothies, baking, cereal etc |

| Hairdressers will still be closed when we leave here and we have a month long journey so took the plunge with my beloved surgeon! |
