Well I found one good story about a palm oil plantation. A palm oil plantation owner realized that his plantation and other surrounding development (shrimp farms) had taken away too much of the proboscis monkeys habitat to survive. The owner decided to start a feeding program to save the proboscis monkeys as their natural diet of mangrove leaves was affected by the deforestation. The feeding program has evolved to a tourist attraction to watch wild animals come to feed at the palm oil plantation.
