Malaysia- Borneo- Mulu National Park- Caves

We took a quick plane ride to the rainforest from Miri.  Mulu rainforest took 60 million years to create, it is one of the most important natural sites in South East Asia and a must to visit if you can make it to Borneo.  We were bedazzled with interesting insects, beautiful orchids, trees and amazing caves.   There is so much biodiversity in the rainforest it is amazing, we really enjoyed the night walks for the sounds of night creatures and the discovery of so many small crawling, flying and hopping creatures.
