We are now off the Andaman Coast enjoying one of Thailand's largest islands and major tourist destinations. You know you are in Phuket when you see the Big Buddha at the top of the mountain... It's HUUGE!
97% of the population here is Buddhist, so there are lots of beautiful historic Wats (Buddhist Temple) here.
