Waiheke is an island close to Auckland that is frequently visited by the mainlanders. We had a fun time taking the bus on the island, meeting up with Billy and Teresa (SV Caramba) and sampling some wines a the local vineyards

Billy and Teresa are surely people with great personality if their SV is named "Caramba". And often appropriate as you say it so much when sailing!

The bay is such a pretty picture. what kind of grapes do they grow there?
